Wij zijn op zoek naar een Commercieel Productmanager om ons team in Nederland te versterken. Dit is een uitstekende kans voor iemand die aan het begin van zijn of haar carrière staat en zich verder wil ontwikkelen tot een strategische marketeer, terwijl je tegelijkertijd hands-on ervaring opdoet binnen productmanagement en commerciële activiteiten.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met onze International Marketing Manager en cross-functionele teams. Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van marketinginitiatieven en draagt actief bij aan een succesvolle marktintroductie van onze producten en diensten.

 

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van marketingplannen voor ons product- en dienstenportfolio
• Uitvoeren van markt- en klantanalyses om trends, behoeften en kansen beter te begrijpen
• Samenwerken met sales, marketing en andere teams om productpositionering en campagnes te ondersteunen
• Assisteren bij productlanceringen en zorgen voor een succesvolle introductie in de markt
• Bijdragen aan gerichte marketingactiviteiten om productadoptie te stimuleren
• Ondersteunen van trainingsactiviteiten voor sales teams en klanten
• Helpen bij het coördineren van klantfeedback en productgerelateerde onderwerpen op lokaal niveau
• Ondersteunen bij demand planning, forecasting en rapportages
• Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met klanten en stakeholders in de sector
• Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van lokale projecten, evenementen en educatieve programma’s
• Monitoren en analyseren van marketingeffectiviteit en bijdragen aan continue verbetering

 

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding
• Eerste ervaring in marketing, productmanagement of een commerciële functie (bijvoorbeeld stages of 1–3 jaar werkervaring)
• Interesse in healthcare, medische hulpmiddelen of gereguleerde sectoren is een pré
• Sterk analytisch vermogen en de bereidheid om data om te zetten in concrete acties
• Proactief, gestructureerd en gemotiveerd om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
• Teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels
