About the Role
We are expanding our technical services team and are seeking multiple Service Technicians—both experienced professionals and junior/entry-level candidates—to join our growing operations. These roles offer hands-on work, ongoing training, and strong career development opportunities in a dynamic environment.
🔹 Experienced Service Technicians
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems in the field and workshop
- Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting efficiently
- Deliver high-quality service in line with safety and operational standards
- Provide technical support and advice to clients
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Mentor and support junior technicians where required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant trade qualification or technical certification
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence
🔹 Junior / Trainee Service Technicians
Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians with servicing, repairs, and installations
- Learn diagnostics and maintenance procedures on equipment and systems
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas
- Follow safety processes and company procedures
- Complete training and development programs

- Interest in technical or mechanical work
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
