About the Role

We are expanding our technical services team and are seeking multiple Service Technicians—both experienced professionals and junior/entry-level candidates—to join our growing operations. These roles offer hands-on work, ongoing training, and strong career development opportunities in a dynamic environment.

🔹 Experienced Service Technicians

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems in the field and workshop
  • Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting efficiently
  • Deliver high-quality service in line with safety and operational standards
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately
  • Mentor and support junior technicians where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant trade qualification or technical certification
  • Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s licence

🔹 Junior / Trainee Service Technicians

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced technicians with servicing, repairs, and installations
  • Learn diagnostics and maintenance procedures on equipment and systems
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas
  • Follow safety processes and company procedures
  • Complete training and development programs

  • Interest in technical or mechanical work
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Basic understanding of tools and equipment (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
