Equipment Specialist – Dental Equipment (Western Territory of Victoria of Victoria)

We’re now looking for an Equipment Specialist to join our team, supporting the sales and adoption of our advanced dental equipment across Victoria's Western Territory of Victoria.
Your role at a glance:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet and exceed growth targets
- Engage dental professionals with tailored consultations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless installations and after-sales support
- Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver timely sales insights and reports
- Represent Dentsply Sirona at industry exhibitions, meetings, and promotional events
What you bring:
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally in the dental or medical sectors
- Proven experience in selling software platforms tailored to specific applications
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative selling approach
- Ability to oversee, manage and drive small to mid size projects from inception to execution
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing national team
- Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions
