Customer Success – Commercial (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a Customer Success – Commercial professional to join our ANZ Customer Success team on a 6-month contract, based in Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer service and sales support environment, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Working within a one-team culture, you will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.


About the Role

As a Customer Success – Commercial team member, you will manage customer interactions and support a range of administrative activities. Your focus will be to deliver outstanding service while supporting sales operations and internal collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Professionally manage customer inquiries.

  • Process orders, returns, quotations and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain service levels and customer service KPIs

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Managers, Complaints Officers and other internal teams to resolve customer issues

  • Ensure all complaints are handled in line with company procedures

Sales Support

  • Conduct outbound calls to support commercial activities when required
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions

  • Meet call-back commitments.

  • Accurately record activities and process sales through internal systems

  • Assist with incoming calls in the Technical Services queue when required

Administration

  • Process invoices, credits and backorders

  • Support consignment processing and order management

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems (OMS / CRM)

  • Complete monthly reporting and daily administrative tasks

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Service, Finance and Supply Chain

  • Contribute to a collaborative “one team” culture

  • Participate in team meetings and support colleagues when needed


About You

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and confident communicating with customers over the phone.

Experience

  • Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment

  • Experience in customer service, sales support or office administration

  • Strong order processing or administrative background

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous

  • Dental industry experience is beneficial but not essential

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Strong organisation and multitasking abilities

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
