Senior FP&A Manager

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join our team in Mölndal and take a leading role in shaping our financial narrative at group level. If you thrive in a global environment, enjoy turning complexity into clarity and want to influence decisions at the highest level, this is the role.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Lead group level financial storytelling and ensure alignment across markets
  • Develop executive ready presentations and analyses for leadership and board level discussions
  • Drive major cross functional FP&A initiatives and deep dive analyses
  • Act as senior business partner to the VP Commercial, with additional focus on the US business, and serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Elevate quality, consistency and clarity in all group level financial materials

 

Background & qualifications

  • Senior experience in FP&A or Business Finance, ideally in an international setting
  • Demonstrated experience from a similar Senior FP&A Manager role — for example group level planning, commercial finance leadership or global business partnering
  • Relevant academic background, preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights
  • Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and aligning stakeholders across multiple markets
  • Proven ability to structure, prioritize and drive complex topics under tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills with a sharp sense for narrative and executive expectations
  • Experience working with modern FP&A systems and tools — such as planning platforms, BI solutions, consolidation systems or data driven reporting environments
  • Comfortable navigating complex data structures and contributing to improvements in data quality, process efficiency and system utilization
