Reporting Manager

We are looking for a Reporting Manager with an eye for details, an interest in analysis and a passion for what we stand for. We are a company where you can make a real difference with our innovative solutions that provide patients with high quality products.

 

You have previous experience from complex business environments and tasks in Accounting, ERP systems, Tax, VAT, and Internal Control. Most likely, you have worked at one of the larger audit firms or similar experience from an international company with matrix organization where you have been exposed to projects such as ERP implementation or continuous improvement projects. We will have complex accounting projects ahead of us that we want you to be part of and make a difference.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting responsible for one large complex manufacturing entity in the EMEA North region. Oversee all the aspects of accounting, reporting according to US GAAP and Local GAAP with reporting in consolidation system Hyperion.
  • Annual statutory and tax return filing for the legal entity.
  • Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial result.
  • Responsible for the entity’s internal controls (SOX).
  • Support to the local operations in all accounting issues.
  • Contact person for external stakeholders such as external auditors, bank, authorities, etc.
  • Running various development projects within accounting area and involved in implementation of ERP upgrade (M3).

 

As a person, you need to be collaborative, flexible and curious. The role requires a great deal of responsibility, a desire to get things right and a proactive approach. You need to thrive in a self-motivated role but also be team focused. Building relationships comes naturally to you with a strong communicative and interpersonal skills. 

 

Education/background:

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of qualified work experience.
    • independent financial statements for companies in an international group, or audit firm.
    • Experience with SOX/internal control.
    • Strong skill within systems and implementation, proven experience in IT system management.
  • Highly knowledgeable in accounting, tax, and VAT.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good IT skills from larger business systems, preferably M3, SAP or similar, and reporting in consolidation system as HFM.
  • Fluent in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
