Production Technician till Wellspect HealthCare i Mölndal

Wellspect söker nu en Production Technician för en tillsvidareanställning vid vår produktionsanläggning i Mölndal. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta med moderna, högautomatiserade maskiner i fabriks-, renrums- och teknisk miljö.

Du blir en del av avdelningen Production Technology, där du tillsammans med kompetenta och engagerade kollegor bidrar med dagligt operativt teknikstöd. Vår arbetsmiljö präglas av samarbete, nyfikenhet och ett starkt engagemang för ständiga förbättringar.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som Production Technician ansvarar du för att utveckla och förbättra standardiserade arbetssätt och metoder inom dina tilldelade produktionsområden. Du utformar utbildningsmaterial, säkerställer att instruktioner är aktuella och stödjer produktionsorganisationen i det dagliga LEAN-arbetet. Detta inkluderar att coacha operatörer samt säkerställa efterlevnad av 5S-principer.

Vidare ansvarar du för att planera och koordinera operatörsunderhåll i samverkan med underhållsavdelningen, utbilda operatörer i underhållsteknik samt boka och utföra kalibreringar av instrument inom området samt hantera mindre inköp kopplade till produktionen, såsom materialhanteringsutrustning och verktyg.

I rollen ingår samverkan med andra avdelningar inom Operations, exempelvis Production Development vid införande av nya maskiner och Supply & Purchasing vid utvärdering av nya material. Du representerar även produktionen i olika projekt.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom produktionsteknik eller motsvarande, gedigen erfarenhet från produktionsmiljö – gärna i olika roller såsom operatör, inom kvalitetsarbete, underhåll eller produktionsadministration.

Du har goda kunskaper inom produktionsteknik, underhållsteknik, praktisk tillämpning av LEAN Production samt standardiserade arbetssätt. Erfarenhet av kalibrering är meriterande.

Som person är du strukturerad, ansvarstagande och har en god kommunikativ förmåga. Du trivs med att arbeta i team och har lätt för att skapa ordning och reda. Du uttrycker dig väl i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska, vilket är en förutsättning då dokumentation och utbildning är centrala delar av rollen.
