Process Engineer

 

We been improving oral health worldwide for more than a century. Are you ready to join the trailblazing team that’s shaping the dental industry around the world? We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Mölndal.

 

You will work close to our production supporting our teams to improve our processes to become even more automated and efficient. Collaboration is essential and we hear that employees describe our atmosphere as open and welcoming. As a Process Engineer you will play a key role in the development and implementation of new and improved production processes. You will be the expert and person to go to in your area of expertise.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support production to meet both short-term and long-term production targets.

  • Follow-up equipment and process performance.

  • Identify areas of improvements and lead improvement activities.

  • Be part of projects towards product and process, both locally and globally.

  • Introduction of product changes.

  • Managing production process deviations.

  • Be responsible to implement investment projects of new machinery/ equipment.

Qualifications / Background:

  • An academic background, preferably in Automation or Mechatronics.

  • Knowledge of Lean production concepts and experience from DMAIC and/or other Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Experience from balancing of production.

  • Experience from working with technical specifications.

  • Experience from qualification/testing/process validation.

  • Experience from automated manufacturing processes, purchasing machines and developing and improving production processes is meritorious.

  • Experience from packaging or surface treatment processes.

  • Good documentation and communication skills in Swedish as well as English.
