Operations Project Manager

Join our Production Development Organisation ensuring continuous growth and development of the tomorrow’s productions systems of our medical devices.

 

As Operations Project Manager at Wellspect Healthcare you will be a key person and an enabler for realization of our capacity and production development projects, which supports our existing and future demands on high quality automated manufacturing.

In this role you will be the tactical and operational team leader with complete ownership of project or sub-project results, agile pacing, resource balancing and financial control of the projects within Wellspects Operations portfolio. You will plan, organize, lead and control projects to ensure on-time and qualitative delivery within the projects.

 

You will become part of our production development team where we challenge and explore new ways of working and execution of projects, in our effort to continuously improve ourselves, individually and as a team. At Wellspect Healthcare we are also proud to have a highly automated production in-house with e.g., chemical processes, multiple transport systems, packaging machines and an order-controlled batch process.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leading projects in compliance with corporate policies, quality and management systems within Wellspect, existing laws and regulations as well as standards and agreements.
  • Planning, organizing, directing and controlling projects according to company processes.
  • Lead capacity and production development projects for existing and new products.
  • Continuously improve our project working procedures and processes supporting also Lean and Agile working principles.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with our internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications / Background:

  • An academic technical background, preferably in automation/electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience from working with production and high complexity machine related projects in leading positions.
  • Project management experience from working with technical specifications and external suppliers.
  • It’s an advantage if you have experience from working as a line manager in a technical environment.
  • Experience from life science or other highly regulated industry is also considered a merit.

 

As documentation is a big part of the job, excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both oral and written are essential.
