As an EHS Engineer your main responsibilities will be in the support and maintenance of our EHS management system including supporting the organization within EHS and sustainability. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in maintaining the EHS management systems (and continuation of ISO14001).
  • Support and drive development of EHS processes.
  • Administration and reporting of EHS and sustainability data.
  • Member of the audit team.
  • Training of the organization within EHS.
  • Support the development of the sustainability management system on global level.

 

You will be joining a team that focuses on supporting the business within environment, health and safety and sustainability requirements, as part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain function.

 

Who you are?

To be successful in the role, an analytical, structured and solutions-oriented mindset is key. You enjoy working with different tasks at all levels, with a great variety over the working days.

 

Background / Qualifications:

  • An academic background, preferably in engineering or natural science
  • Experience of EHS work within a manufacturing business or similar
  • Knowledge of Swedish and EU regulations within EHS and sustainability
  • Good understanding of EHS management systems (preferably ISO14001)
  • Experience of EHS risk assessment
  • Experience of communication with authorities within EHS as an advantage
  • Knowledge of EHS requirements on products is an advantage
  • Experience of internal and external audits within EHS is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Swedish both written and spoken
