The Vice President of Commercial, Canada leads the commercial business strategy for the Canadian region, ensuring the Sales organization is supported and effective. This role emphasizes open communication, driving change, and fostering a positive, inclusive culture with a focus on customer service excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Canada’s P&L and ensure the financial objectives are achieved through ethical and transparent business practices.
  • Set the tone for Ethics & Compliance from the top, fostering a culture of governance and accountability.
  • Lead the business planning process, seeking new opportunities to drive profitability and growth.
  • Promote continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion change management efforts to strengthen the organizational culture and align with corporate initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define performance measures and drive success across the commercial area.
  • Instill a sense of ownership and responsibility for the customer experience throughout the team.
  • Work closely with North America teams, including Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources, to establish policies and procedures that meet business needs.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably within the medical device or dental industry.
  • Strong P&L management expertise.
  • Multidisciplinary knowledge, with a focus on commercial and financial functions.
  • Proven success in matrix organizations, comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to inspire change, encourage open communication, and build a winning culture.

 

Combined base salary and target annual incentive for this remote role is between $230,000 CAD - $300,000 CAD. This role is also eligible to participate in our Long Term Incentive program. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
