Product Specialist Implants & Digital Solutions (m/f/d)
Location: Lithuania
As Product specialist, you will play a key role in driving product excellence and sales success for our Implants & Digital Solutions (DS Core, Atlantis, Simplant, CAD/CAM, Sure Smile). Acting as an industry-level product expert, you will support sales teams, dealers, and customers while actively contributing to product strategy, education, and market development across the Baltics.
Key responsiblities:
- Act as the go-to product expert for our Implants & Digital portfolio, supporting sales teams, dealers, and customers in their daily activities
- Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams, providing hands-on support, product guidance, and expert advice
- Deliver regular trainings, workshops, and product demonstrations for sales teams and customers (clinics, labs, universities)
- Support product launches, ensuring sales teams are well prepared and equipped with the right product knowledge and messages
- Translate product features into clear clinical and business benefits that support successful sales conversations
- Support commercial initiatives such as lead qualification and incentive programs
- Be involved in aftersales activities, including user trainings, onboarding, installations, and first-level troubleshooting support
- Monitor market and competitor developments and share insights with Commercial and Marketing teams
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and educational partners
- Share knowledge proactively and help develop the expertise of colleagues using a train‑the‑trainer approach
Key requirements:
- Commercial background with practical sales experience
- Experience in product management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Dental industry experience is preferred; experience with implants is an advantage but not mandatory
- Confident communicator who enjoys training, presenting, and working closely with people
- Able to explain complex products in a simple, practical, and sales-oriented way
- Proactive, hands-on, and well organized, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Willing to travel frequently (approx. 70%) within the Baltics
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
- Solid user of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Valid driving license
