Supply Chain Intern – Project Support & Data Analytics

The Intern will support key supply chain, warehouse, master data, and operational improvement initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, logistics, quality, and project teams to help improve data accuracy, process visibility, and execution across multiple supply chain projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Master Data Management project by helping identify product batches, assist with serialization activities, and coordinate communication of project-related information to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the case-pick project by monitoring progress, tracking open items, and supporting communication between project team members and operational stakeholders.
  • Conduct master data checks, including unit of measure accuracy, quantity validations, and review of general master data fields to identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies.
  • Support HazMat-related activities by helping identify applicable products, researching Safety Data Sheets, and organizing relevant product and compliance information.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound supply chain activities by researching discrepancies, investigating operational issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain basic analytics related to inbound accuracy, inventory turns, cycle count accuracy, demand trends, and other supply chain performance metrics.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by documenting current-state processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping recommend practical improvements.
  • Participate in additional supply chain, operations, and continuous improvement projects as business needs evolve.

 

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering Associates or Bachelor’s degree program
  • GPA 3.0 Preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
  • Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Microsoft Suite experience preferred
  • Experience in and/or leading team projects
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
