Financial Analyst - Fluent in French

 

The financial analyst will support the country leadership team with data analysis and reporting, including the consolidation and analysis of the country financial results across all functions and P&L line items and related balance sheet/cash flow impacts, explaining variances and drivers including recommendations that will support executive decision making.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute a comprehensive management reporting package for the country including uploading Sales, OPEX in ANAPLAN, Power BI, Hyperion
  • Member and contributor to Country Sales and Marketing team departments as adviser and challenger
  • Drive accuracy & timelines of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reporting across all product groups including rebate robustness
  • Manage the Budget and Forecast process by providing guidance on timing to Business leaders and liaising with the Global Commercial Finance team
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize and proactively track SG&A spending
  • Price Volume Mix impacts in Margin by conducting complex analytics (ROI etc.) on spend and developing insightful reports to drive visibility
  • Support the creation of executive level presentations for the country leadership team (Monthly and Quarterly Business Review, Budget Review Deck and any ad hoc reports) with key metrics and variance analysis, according to
  • Corporate guidelines and by leveraging CoE reports
  • Member and contributor to Country leadership team meetings
  • Involvement in International reporting Projects, supported by Local FP&A leader

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance; Economics or Master in Big Data & Analystics
  • Strong Excel skills (experience in building logic formulas)
  • Spanish, English and French (Confident presenting in English and French)
  • Financial modelling
  • Experience in the following ERPs is recommendable (SAP: Hyperion, Anaplan, AX)
  • Experience in Power BI is recommendable. If not training will be provided
  • Motivated person, with good communication skills, honest and willing to learn
  • Required Knowledge or Skill in PL/SQL for Oracle recommendable or in Python
