Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Maternity Leave Cover

 

The Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) is the primary point of contact for doctors and clinics using SureSmile, the company's digital orthodontics solution.

The role is responsible for supporting customers throughout the implementation, training, and adoption of digital solutions, providing technical and operational support, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The CIS works closely with Sales, Customer Service, and technical teams to help customers achieve success with the platform.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support to doctors and clinics, resolving questions and issues related to the platform and its workflows.
  • Support customers throughout the implementation, adoption, and daily use of digital solutions, ensuring an optimal user experience; deliver training and onboarding while promoting best practices and user autonomy.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating issue follow-up and ensuring effective communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal departments to improve customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention, while contributing to the continuous improvement of products and processes.

 

Requirements

  • Relevant education or experience in dental, technical, or digital environments.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
  • Strong digital skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating autonomy, proactivity, and a continuous learning mindset.
  • High level of English proficiency.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in orthodontics or dentistry.
  • Knowledge of treatment planning software.
  • Experience delivering training, onboarding, or educational programs for customers or professionals.
