Clinical Education Specialist

 

The role of Clinical Education Specialist is a cross-functional position responsible for building relationships and managing Key Opinion Leaders at the Iberia level, as well as outlining the strategy to follow and improving processes related to Clinical Education.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Alignment with Product Manager: Close collaboration with the Product Manager for category management.
  • Management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Identification, development, and maintenance of strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in the dental sector.
  • Organization of courses and training sessions: Planning, coordination, and execution of educational events, courses, and workshops for clients and professionals in the sector.
  • Events and congresses: Coordination of scientific events and participation in national and international fairs and congresses.
  • Clinical and technical support: Assistance in the training and use of products related to the assigned specialty, ensuring adequate knowledge of them.
  • Responsible for scientific content: Development of scientific content for all events related to the category.
  • Contract management: Development and execution of educational strategies aligned with the company's commercial and scientific objectives.

 

Qualification

 

  • Education: Degree in dentistry, health sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, or similar.
  • Experience: Previous experience in clinical training, dental, or the pharmaceutical industry of at least 3 years is valued.
  • Languages: High level of English (essential).
  • Personal skills:
  • Flexible and adaptable person.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to contribute new ideas.
  • Communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage courses.
