Customer Care Specialist with Italian - Barcelona

We are opening a new opportunity to be part of Wellspect Iberia, in this role you will be part of the customer care team, ensuring that our solutions reach their end users. Serving our customers will be part of your day-to-day work.  
We are looking for a self-confident, customer-focused individual who is able to manage day-to-day processes, identify improvements and effectively manage customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, managing and tracking orders from wholesalers, hospitals and healthcare entities.
  • First level product support to customers by phone or email.
  • Processing and management of material returns.
  • Re-invoicing and management of various incidents.
  • Processing of customer registrations
  • Supporting the sales network in their interactions with customers.
  • Ensuring the updating and reliability of the department's databases and files.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation on data protection and access to information.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • External/internal customer orientation.
  • Communication and relational skills, with a strong team spirit.
  • Understand that your voice matters. Have the ability to intervene in meetings when necessary and ask questions to better understand priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools
  • Self-starter and responsible, able to work in a hybrid work environment.
  • Written and oral proficiency in Spanish, Italian and English.
