As a Quality Engineer, you will work in our QA/RA department.

Our company are growing in Türkiye, and we are working closer with our colleagues in Sweden. We have cross country project that results in exciting activities where Quality is crucial for our execution. We are therefore looking for a Quality Engineer who have good English skills in written and spoken as you will work close daily with colleagues in Sweden. Responsibilities

  • Performs delegated activities of the projects including ensuring quality control work instructions are developed for new products or projects in corporation with Sweden
  • Supports project road maps and deliverables
  • Performs internal audits
  • Performs method validations
  • Follows change management system activities
  • Ensures all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately
  • Identifies and prepares proposals that close gaps and mitigates risk
  • Reviews process validations and risk assessments
  • Cross functional quality improvement programs
  • Prepare and submit PPAP/material qualification packages according to standards and customer specific requirements.
  • Works close with team in Sweden in operational or R&D projects that require Quality support in the Kazan organization
  • Support daily QARA task as needed
  • Reports into Head of QARA in Kazan

 

Qualifications/Background

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technical, Healthcare
  • Previous work experience in QARA
  • Experience of medical device business
  • Competence on experience with statistical analysis preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems and testing methodologies
  • Full command of the English language for both documentation and communication skills
  • Experience with root cause investigations and find energy from problem solving
  • Experience from troubleshooting and familiar with different investigation methods
  • Have an open mind to look at things in a new way
  • The ability to travel as needed
