Human Resources Manager – Türkiye (Kazan)
Reporting to: Global VP Human Resources
Role Overview:
As Human Resources Manager, you will be a key member of the Site Management Team, responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and processes for Türkiye. This is a self-managed HR role, covering everything from transactional services to strategic planning and union relations. You will be supported by Global Centers of Expertise and colleagues in Sweden, Germany, and the US. You will play a key role in driving our culture, ensuring that HR processes align with global standards and support the development of operations in Türkiye.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as trusted HR partner to management and employees, and being part of the Site Management Team
- Lead HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, workforce planning, operational and strategic training & development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Turkish labor laws
- Drive and champion employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Manage union relations and negotiations
- Optimize and digitalize HR processes
- Prepare HR budgets and reports
Qualifications:
- Several years of HR experience
- Working proficiency across all HR functions in an international/matrix environment
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Union relation and negotiation experience
- Advanced English and native Turkish
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Down-to-earth, resilient, and collaborative
- Hands-on, proactive approach
The location in Kazan is 45 minutes away from Ankara.
