We are seeking a Sales Representative who, reporting to the Regional Manager, will liaise with sector contacts, promoting safe and innovative therapeutic solutions for continence care and ensuring the successful completion of the prescription cycle. This role will cover the area of Milano, Varese, Como e Bergamo.
Responsibilities
- Promotes Wellspect's therapeutic solutions and services in the relevant hospital centres and implements collaborative projects with Healthcare Professionals.
- In close contact with Customer Care, is present and supportive throughout the patient’s journey, from prescription to product delivery, providing personalised assistance and support at every stage.
- Works with the Marketing team to organise local events, involving professional contacts/associations, managing the agenda and supporting related logistics. Is responsible for the successful outcome of the initiative and for its follow-up.
- Regularly conducts scouting activities in search of new centres interested in our products and services.
- Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, oversees the purchasing process by the Public Administration, managing requests for quotes/offers and/or public procurement procedures (tenders).
- CRM activities
- Is responsible for achieving the assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree (preferably in the healthcare field) or 3-5 years' experience in similar roles.
- Good knowledge of the Healthcare System and public procurement procedures.
- Emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge and use of the Office suite
- Fondamentale residenza a Milano o provincia
