Regional Sales Manager - Italy
Dentsply Sirona Italy is seeking two Regional Managers for the Northeast region (Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino, Bologna Province and Romagna) and Central Italy (Lazio, Abruzzo, Tuscany and Umbria).
The candidate will be expected to achieve assigned revenue goals for his/her area of responsibility through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.
He/she will align the objectives of the regional sales organization with company strategy, actively participating in strategic planning and implementation of sales and business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed budgeted sales quotas while meeting annual expense budget.
- Manage the sales plan for his/her area.
- Propose appropriate solutions to improve sales results
- Guide employees to achieve assigned goals
- Develop accurate regional analysis of territory and customers
- Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects
- Coordinate and conduct regional sales meetings
- Coordinate and organize key regional trade shows and clinical meetings as needed or requested
- Travel with regional managers
- Recruit, train and develop the sales team, in accordance with company policy.
- Direct management of key customers
- Managing and enhancing the existing customer base
- Identify and acquire significant new customers
- Ensure maximum efficiency in the area, within budget
- Deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- Experience in the role in multinational companies - Experience in the dental industry will be considered a significant plus
- Bachelor's degree or college education
- Knowledge of English and computer tools
- Excellent skills in managing agency contract sales representatives
- Knowledge of sales and territory management techniques
- Results orientation
- Public speaking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
