Regional Sales Manager – North East Italy

 

Dentsply Sirona Italia is looking for a Regional Manager for the North East Region (Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino, Provincia Bologna e Romagna).

The candidate will achieve the assigned turnover targets for his/her area of responsibility, through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.

He/she will align the Regional sales organization’s objectives with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning and sales and business development strategy deployment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budget
  • Managing the Sales Plan of his/her area
  • Proposing suitable solutions to improve sales results
  • Leading employees to achieve the assigned objectives
  • Developing an accurate regional analysis of territory and customers
  • Establishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects
  • Coordinating and conducting regional sales meetings
  • Coordinating and setting-up major regional trade shows and clinical meetings, as needed or required
  • Co-travelling with territory managers
  • Recruiting, training and developing the sales team, in compliance with company policy
  • Directly managing key customers
  • Managing and enhancing the value of the existing customer base
  • Identifying and acquiring new significant customers
  • Guaranteeing maximum efficiency in the area, within the budget
  • Delivering effective presentations to a variety of relevant audience

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the role in multinational companies - Experience in the dental field will be considered a significant plus
  • University degree or education
  • Knowledge of English and IT tools
  • Excellent skills in managing sales representatives with an agency contract
  • Knowledge of sales and territory management techniques
  • Results orientation
  • Public speaking
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Integrity
