Dentsply Sirona is looking for a:
Regional Manager North-West region (Piemonte, Valle D’Aosta, Liguria and Sardegna)
You will be responsible for achieving the assigned revenue targets within your area of responsibility, through effective resource management and in compliance with company procedures.
You will align the objectives of the regional sales organization with the overall corporate strategy, actively participating in strategic planning and the implementation of sales and business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales targets while respecting the annual expense budget.
- Manage the sales plan for the assigned area.
- Propose appropriate solutions to improve sales performance.
- Lead employees in achieving assigned goals.
- Develop a detailed regional analysis of the territory and customer base.
- Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate and conduct regional sales meetings.
- Coordinate and organize major regional trade shows and clinical meetings, when necessary or requested.
- Travel alongside territory managers.
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, in accordance with company policy.
- Directly manage key customers.
- Manage and maximize the value of the existing customer base.
- Identify and acquire significant new customers.
- Ensure maximum efficiency in the region while adhering to the budget.
- Deliver effective presentations to various types of audiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within multinational companies – experience in the dental sector will be considered a strong plus.
- University degree or equivalent higher education.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
- Strong skills in managing sales representatives working under agency contracts.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and territory management.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Public speaking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Integrity.
