Clinical Implementation Specialist – SureSmile (m/f/d)
Location: Israel (field-based)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Full-time (42 hours/week)
Travel: Up to 80% (local)
Your Role
As a Clinical Implementation Specialist – SureSmile, you will be responsible for training and supporting dentists, orthodontists, and distributors in the use of SureSmile aligners and software. This is a highly visible, hands-on, field-based role focused on clinical education, implementation excellence, and customer success, rather than direct sales.
You will act as a trusted expert, enabling customers to fully adopt and benefit from the SureSmile workflow, while supporting the broader commercial agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SureSmile implementation and clinical training for new and existing customers
- Conduct trainings remotely, in dental/orthodontic practices, or at external training venues
- Ensure customers fully understand and utilize the complete SureSmile workflow and software
- Support distributors and customers through educational activities, practice visits, and learning events
- Build strong, long-term relationships with dentists, orthodontists, distributors, and key opinion leaders
- Actively participate in sales events, promotions, and market development initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to internal stakeholders
- Share best practices and product expertise with colleagues and distributor specialists
- Measure the effectiveness of training and adapt approaches to maximize customer success
- Maintain high compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and local regulations

Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master); a university degree is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has completed a dental technician qualification combined with relevant longer professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in dentistry, orthodontics, dental technology, MedTech, or a related clinical or technical environment
- Background in aligners, CAD/CAM, or digital dentistry is an advantage but not required
- Sales experience is not mandatory – candidates with a strong clinical or technical background are welcome
- Strong ability to learn complex products, digital workflows, and clinical concepts quickly
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organized working style
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Fluent English and local language (Hebrew)
- Willingness to travel extensively within Israel
- Valid driving license
