Regional Sales Manager Hungary (m/f/d)

 

The scope is to identify a develop sales potential by effectively influencing dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, institutions, group practices in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are in line with the business objectives.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various customers and other team members, based on prepared strategic business plan to develop client sales potencial
  • Analyse market business trends to develop and execute a territory business plan to capitalise on current and future opportunities within the local market.
  • Report on competitor activities across the region, working with the Marketing team and the Commercial Leader accordingly
  • Share the expert knowledge and best sales practices with the team members
  • Support product knowledge of less experienced colleagues
  • Initiate new projects to maximize sales
  • Actively take part in numerous sales events and promotions
  • To generate demand for DENTSPLY SIRONA’s products, to be closed either by DENTSPLY SIRONA’s approved distributors/or direct sales where appropriate
  • To be the customer’s expert on DENTSPLY SIRONA focus products
  • To coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers including training and vendor days with dealers & telesales teams
  • To effectively and professionally present to groups of dental care professionals, including dental student and postgraduate education departments
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel
  • Comply with all corporate governance requirements and regulatory requirements
  • Work with the Clinical Educators in regards KOL meetings/presentations
  • Maintain and update the CRM (customer database)
  • Collaborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
  • Be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products
  • Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with DENTSPLY SIRONA procedures
  • Support new team members in onboarding program, conduct on-the-job trainings, act as a sales coach
  • Create his own work tools focused on creating demand and developing sales,
  • Creates new solutions in response to emerging challenges in the field

 

Key requirements: 

  • Commercial and experience of sales is essential
  • Proven success and able to bring techniques and passion for best practice in this field
  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Proven ability to share business product knowledge
  • Success in developing sales potential in the region based on individual customer needs
  • Communicative command of English language both written and spoken
  • Computer literate – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
  • Confident and articulate.
  • Strong results orientation and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage the team and affect others
  • Adapts to the communication style of the customer
  • Able to undertake regular business travel and hold a valid local driving license
  • Creative and innovative
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge
  • Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all sales dialogue
  • Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key customers
  • Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus
  • Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and territory management
  • Able to analyse business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve key performance targets on a monthly/cycle basis
  • Able to share knowledge with other team members and internal clients
