SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Achieve individual, team & Company sales targets through excellent sales and product knowledge, align Marketing Strategy & flawless execution of sales & marketing initiatives; development and implementation of sales plans, building long term customers relationships, supporting teams & functional team, equipping the capabilities of channel management, involving marketing program design provide valuable feedback and unquestionable integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales business plans to ensure quarterly & annual achievement 
  • Support sales management in the development of broader sales plans through the provision of market and customer information
  • Support, contribute & align on broader business and marketing objectives
  • Master knowledge of customer’s usage of respnosible portfolio and direct competitors’ products and activities
  • Active gathering and report market intelligence

 

SALES PLAN IMPLEMENTATION

  • Product promotion to dentists and relevant professionals
  • Act as primary contact of customer to address immediate needs, processes customer orders & ensure customer order cycle is complete
  • Stregthen & build strong customer relationship to develop new accounts in assigned territory; expand portfolio coverage in existing customers with excellent customer service to ensure excellent service quality
  • Conduct monthly sales analysis, implement required action plan to ensure quarterly & annual achievement
  • Understand & communicate the needs meeting expectations of the clients to enable product satisfaction & exceed customer expectations
  • Coordinate and conduct trade show, exhibits, seminars, clinical meetings, & product training with a variety of audiences to build product demand
  • Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities
  • Work with reporting Manager to identify key opinion leaders & ensure development of strong business relationships
  • Keep track, measure & report timely on progress & success of new opportunity, sales performance & activities conducted within the assigned territory
  • Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs
  • Record all sales activities & market intelligence as required

 

Product and Procedure Knowledge

  • Self-directed learning, proactive involvement in training & development; product knowledge, selling skills, and internal systems & processes
  • Strong compliance mindset & adhere to all internal requirements. Building and protecting Dentsply Sirona’s brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity"

  • Work as part of a team, providing back up & support, sharing responsibility across the Dentsply Sirona business
  • Leverage cross team resources to maximize sales outcomes
  • Performs other related duties as required

 

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Education

•      College / University degrees. A combination of science and business is preferred. Dental qualification is an advantages but not essential

 

Experience

  • 2 or more years’ of experience in related discipline or in healthcare industry, who shows strong committment & achievement & demonstrated strong sales achievement & potential
