SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Fresh graduate or someone who has the passion to join the dental industry to serve our patients and customers. Who believe they have the learning agility to take up complex product knowledge and procedures, uncovering the needs of customer, generating and turning meaningful sales strategy into actions ultimately benefiting patients.
Taking on challenge to achieve individual, team & Company sales targets through flawless execution through well-equipped product knowledge, sales & marketing initiatives; foster long term customers relationships, leverage across teams collaboration, with overall unquestionable integrity.
Working Location:
Dentsply Sirona Inc (Hong Kong Branch) : Unit 2202, 22/F, NEO, 123 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for portfolio product selling and implementation of sales / marketing activities
- Execute sales & marketing plan & initiatives to ensure achievement of quarterly & annual sales target
- Identify potential customer, support the development of sales plan to broaden market penetration through the provision of market and customer information
- Support, contribute & align on broader business and marketing objectives
- Active gathering and report market intelligence
SALES PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
- Product promotion to dentists and relevant professionals
- Act as primary contact of customer to address immediate needs, processes customer orders & ensure customer order cycle is complete
- Strengthening customer relationships with existing customer and to develop new accounts in assigned territory; expand portfolio coverage in existing customers
- Ensure excellent customer service to ensure excellent service quality
- Conduct monthly sales analysis, implement required action plan to ensure quarterly & annual achievement
- Understand & communicate the needs meeting expectations of the clients to enable product satisfaction & exceed customer expectations
- Conduct & participate in trade shows, exhibits, seminars, workshop, clinical meetings & product training with a variety of audiences to build product demand
- Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities
- Work with reporting Manager to identify key opinion leaders & ensure development of strong business relationships
- Keep track, measure & report timely on progress & success of new opportunity, sales performance & activities conducted within the assigned territory
- Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs
- Record all sales activities & market intelligence as required
Product and Procedure Knowledge
- Self-directed learning, proactive involvement in training & development; active participation in product knowledge, selling skills and internal systems & processes training
- Strong compliance mindset & adhere to all internal requirements. Building and protecting Dentsply Sirona’s brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity"
TEAMWORK
- Work as a team, providing back up & support to cross functional team, sharing responsibility across the Dentsply Sirona business unit
- Leverage cross functional team resources to maximize sales outcomes
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Education
• College / University degrees. A combination of science and or business is preferred
Experience
- Prior dental experience is not essential, fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in relevant field is an advantage but not essential
