SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Following the Company’s directions / initiatives and in alignment with the Company’s Sales and Marketing Strategies, to coordinate marketing promotional activities, to follow sales plans, and to build up and develop long term customer relationships in order to achieve Company’s Clinical sales targets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Plan Implementation
•    Develop and implement the annual sales business plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
•    Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities.
•    Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
•    Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations.
•    Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns.
•    Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs.
•    Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/ areas.
•    Support the Manager in the development of Sales Activity Plan.

Reporting and Analysis
•    Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
•    Record all sales activities and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis.
•    Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.

Product and Procedure Knowledge
•    Via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research, ensure ongoing currency of; product knowledge, sales skills, and internal systems and processes.  
•    Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements.  Building and protecting Dentsply’s brand as a company with ‘unquestionable integrity’.

Other activities
•    Work closely with Marketing Team to coordinate set-up and host trade-show/ exhibit/ seminars/ clinical meetings as assigned to build product demand.
•    Coordinate and organize meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
•    Processes customer orders and provides account service to assigned and prospective customers. 
•    Performs other related duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 
Education

•    College / University graduate preferable major in Science or dental technology 
•    Fluency in English (Business communication level) 

Experience

•    3-5 years sales experience in medical device / dentistry industry

Specific knowledge /skills

•    Good team player, reliable and disciplined 
•    Highly self-motivated, hard working and able to work under pressure 
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills
•    Negotiation skills
