After a period of extensive training, you will be an expert in the dental product line for connected technology solutions (CTS), with a focus on CAD/CAM and treatment centers. You are responsible for managing and developing the CTS portfolio in your area. To this end, you will visit dentists and dental labs to build partnerships and consult on our CTS products. You will also organize group presentations, conferences and seminars. You combine business and advice.

In short: a fully-fledged and highly independent commercial function for quality brands, in which you largely determine your own success. The region you are responsible for is BeLux.

Business Commercial Specialist - CAD/CAM and Treatment Centers

Key responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on the Dentsply Sirona CAD/CAM and treatment centers portfolio.
  • Realizing or surpassing the agreed objectives and personal goals in line with the proposed processes and structures by prospecting, contacting and visiting dental clinics, analyzing customer needs and convincing them of the proposed offerings.
  • Guaranteeing short and long-term positive business development of DENTSPLY SIRONA’s products and establish good relations with existing and potential users of DENTSPLY SIRONA products.
  • Establishing good relations with dealers and providing training for their sales force of existing and new products to maximize their support and sales of DENTSPLY SIRONA products.
  • Provide excellent after sales service for clients by helping them with installations and providing on site training.
  • Supporting the handling of complaints.
  • Work in close relationship with existing DS colleagues in the same area/ region to leverage existing customers’ relationship and create synergies.
  • Undertake ongoing strategic market analysis to ensure responsiveness to changes, market trends and competitor activities
  • Execute, in own area / region Clinical Affairs and Marketing programs to build awareness, including but not limited to lunch & learn educational events; practice open days and both live and online events
  • Measure and monitor the success of training and support activities

 

 

Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor degree or similar with working experience 
  • Good command of the Dutch, French and English languages verbally and in writing
  • Commercial experience is essential / dental background preferred
  • Technical CAD/CAM experience or understanding is a plus
  • Proactive, constructive, independent and taking ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen, result driven with proven ability to build strong and commercially beneficial relationships with key customers
  • Structured thinker with a passion for implementing best practice and techniques for the benefit of potential and existing customers
  • Responsiveness, initiative and the flexibility to accommodate customers different needs in a timely manner in combination with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to interpret complex business information and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills through digital channels as well as personal meetings
