CNC-Maschineneinrichter / CNC-Mechaniker (m/w/d)

 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Einrichten / Programmieren von CNC-gesteuerten Bearbeitungsmaschinen, Drehautomaten sowie konventionellen Dreh- Fräsmaschinen
  • Bedienen, Justieren und Wechseln der Bearbeitungswerkzeuge
  • Reinigen und Oberflächenbehandlungsarbeiten von Implantaten, Aufbauteilen und Konstruktionselementen
  • Prozesskontrolle und Dokumentation während der laufenden Produktion
  • Durchführung von Korrekturen an den Maschinen bei Abweichungen der Istwerte
  • Durchführung von kleineren Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Reinigen der Maschine nach Beendigung einer Seriencharge

 

 

Ihr Erfahrungshintergrund:

 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem technischen bzw. metallverarbeitenden Beruf, vorzugsweise als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Fachrichtung: Drehtechnik (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung an und mit CNC-Maschinen
  • Vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen mit Mitsubishi- und FANUC-Steuerungen
