Scope

In the role of QA Analyst at Dentsply Sirona, they will interface with key stakeholders and apply their strong analytical skills and attention to detail to the testing phases of the Software Development Life Cycle for the eCommerce platform. They will play an important role in creating the QA artifacts and ensuring quality within aggressive testing timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project scope/requirements are clear.
  • Work with the team and ensure all QA processes are being followed.
  • Create QA artifacts (Test Plans, Requirement Traceability, etc.)
  • Create and execute system integration, functional and regression test cases/scripts based on project scope/requirements (manual and/or automation)
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate recording and coding tools.
  • Create and Maintain Test cases/scripts and defects/bugs in JIRA.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly to IT/Dev and business stakeholders as appropriate about defects/bugs.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

 

Typical Background

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related discipline

Years and Type of Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Test/QA Lead experience
  • Minimum 5 years of quality assurance analyst and systems/application testing or similar role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with automation recording and coding tools
  • Experience with web-based/API testing
  • At least 2 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to adjust as needed to meet shifting priorities
  • Strong Experience with the analysis of SDLC and STLC activities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
