The Role
Reporting to the Business Leader of Orthodontic Aligner Solutions (OAS) ANZ, this role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in sales. You will be instrumental in driving SureSmile product sales and support, enhancing customer experiences and expanding market share.
SureSmile Sales Specialist
- Drive sales growth and build strong, lasting client relationships within your territory.
- Promote and sell SureSmile products, effectively managing existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Implementation Specialists to ensure seamless integration of solutions into customer practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering growth in product utilization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and application training plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a deep knowledge of our products.
- Record and analyze activities using CRM software, providing valuable insights for management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all interactions.
Skills and Experience
- A degree in a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and/or technical applications within the dental or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
- A proactive approach to learning and a passion for customer service.
