As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you would take charge of end-to-end recruitment by consulting with the business to support active hiring and pipelining for future capability needs. You would partner closely with hiring managers and executives to provide talent market insights, consultations and support to deliver comprehensive and value-added services. You would be accountable for hiring in responsible region across a broad range of functions.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and implement proactive TA strategies and build a talent pipeline of diverse and qualified talents to help our business succeed.
  • Act as trusted advisors to coach and advise on attraction, selection and hiring to ensure a consistent candidate assessment process.
  • Collaborate with Business and HRBP to build understanding of business requirements and to map the role criteria, define position description and requirements,
  • Manage end-to-end of the hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary proposals and approvals to hire.
  • Innovates and executes projects to improve the recruitment process.
  • Ensure positive experience for all candidates at the different stages of recruitment.
  • Participate in and contribute to employment branding activities.
  • Experience in leveraging efficient sourcing channel to do direct sourcing & with good track record is highly preferred
  • Accommodating any additional tasks and responsibilities as required by business conditions.
  • Experience with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, internal talent data, etc).
  • Understanding KPIs and data to support analysis of hiring process efficiency.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to full lifecycle recruitment and a successful track record in a complex recruitment model / environment is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in commercial recruitment, especially in healthcare industry.
  • High proficiency in integrated recruitment systems (ATS & CRM). Experience in using SuccessFactors ATS will be an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication and influencing skills to network effectively, establishing quick credibility, and building sustainable relationships
  • Experience in leveraging efficient sourcing channel to do direct sourcing & with good track record is highly preferred.
  • Able to approach problem-solving in a structured manner.
  • Ability to think strategically, be flexible and work with diverse groups in a virtual team environment
  • The recruiting experience in multi countries in APAC is nice to have.
