当社では、経験豊富なリプレニッシュメントアナリストを募集しています。本ポジションは、グローバルS&OP組織の一員としてご活躍いただきます。

サプライプランニングおよびデマンドプランニングチームと密に連携しながら、グローバル全体の在庫水準を管理し、在庫価値の最適化と製品の安定供給の両立を推進していただきます。在庫の最適化を通じて事業成長を支える、重要な役割を担うポジションです。

 

【主な業務内容】

・倉庫における担当製品群の在庫管理

・在庫目標およびサービスレベル目標の達成に向けた、計画パラメータの継続的なモニタリングと調整

・各種ERPシステムを用いた、倉庫向け補充オーダーの作成

・在庫トレンドの分析および未処理オーダーの優先順位付け・延期判断

・需要に基づいた供給体制を確保するための、各ステークホルダーとのレビューミーティングの主導

・月次S&OP会議に向けた在庫レベル・補充計画の実施（国内外の関係者と連携）

・未処理オーダー、納期調整、製品の導入・終売（フェーズイン／フェーズアウト）に関する各市場のコマーシャルチームとのコミュニケーション

 

【応募要件】

■ 学歴

・学士号以上、または同等の実務経験を有する方

■ 経験

・サプライチェーンプランニングの実務経験2年以上

・APICS認定資格をお持ちの方は尚可

■ 求めるスキル・能力

・サプライチェーンプランニングプロセスに関する知識

・関係者との期待値調整や課題解決を行うための高いコミュニケーション能力およびフォローアップ力

・国際的なクロスファンクショナルチームと協働できる能力

・Excelの実務レベルでの活用スキル（必須）

・課題を特定し、データを収集・分析し、事実に基づいた結論を導き出す力
