You will be responsible for managing customers in your assigned territory, mainly centered around Sendai, as a sales representative for CAD/CAM dental solutions.

This role is not a routine sales position. By understanding the needs of dentists and dental laboratories, you will provide consultative solutions that help improve their business operations and patient services.

The role mainly focuses on new business development (approximately 90%), primarily through introductions and referrals from distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with distributors and support dental clinics and dental laboratories that are interested in CEREC (dental CAD/CAM systems)
  • Propose solutions that help customers improve their clinic/business management and workflow
  • Promote and sell high-value medical devices (approximately JPY 4.5M–15M)
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and distributors
  • Plan and conduct seminars and presentations for customers
