Quality Assurance Specialist I

"当社製品の品質保証に関する実務業務を行うポジション。
歯科用製品(機器類、歯科材料、インプラント等)に関して品質実務を行う。

・品質部門として、組織・システムに対して深い認識・理解を持つ。
・医薬品医療機器等法の要求事項を理解し、当社の品質システム文書への展開を行う。
・国内外製造業者との品質に関する取り決めを維持し、QMSの有効性を定期的に確認する。
・当社製品の品質に関して、国内市場の情報を収集・分析し、製品サービスに反映する。
・品質問題が生じた場合、海外等製造元に働きかけ、根本原因解明から再発防止まで一連の対応をトラッキングする。
・お客様（BtoB、BtoC）に対し、当社製品の品質に関する件を適宜適切に解析・報告し、品質への信頼感を高め、安心して当社製品をお使いいただけるよう働きかける。
・必要に応じお客様および当社サービスエンジニアに対し、品質情報および技術アドバイスを行う。
・関連部署と連携し、全プロセスについて品質に関する一貫した体系を構築して現場に浸透させ、お客様により一層の安心と安全をお届けする。
・内部監査員として内部監査を計画・実行・改善し、改善事項の報告・効果確認を実施する

"This is a position that carries out the practical work related to quality assurance for our company's products.
You will carry out quality-related work for dental products (equipment, dental materials, implants, etc.).

・As a member of the Quality Department, have a deep awareness and understanding of the organization and systems.
・Understand the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law and implement them in the company's quality system documents.
・Maintain quality-related agreements with domestic and overseas manufacturers and regularly check the effectiveness of the QMS.
・Collect and analyze information on the quality of the company's products in the domestic market and reflect this in product services.
・In the event of a quality problem, we will work with overseas manufacturers to track the entire process from determining the root cause to preventing a recurrence.
・We will analyze and report on the quality of our products to our customers (B to B, B to C) as appropriate, and work to increase their confidence in the quality of our products so that they can use our products with peace of mind.
・We will provide quality information and technical advice to customers and our service engineers as necessary.
・In collaboration with related departments, we will build a consistent system for quality assurance across all processes and ensure that it is implemented on-site, so that we can deliver even greater peace of mind and safety to our customers.
・As an internal auditor, I will plan, implement and improve internal audits, and report on and confirm the effectiveness of improvements.

<必須>
・品質保証・管理経験、又は医療機器等での周辺実務経験（薬事、安全管理等）
・英語でのコミュニケーション：ビジネスレベルでの会話、読書き（本社との電話会議は英語で行います）

・医療機器等での品質保証・管理経験
・ISO9001の知識（ISO13485なら尚可）
・ISO9001内部監査員資格（ISO13485内部監査員資格なら尚可）

<Required>
・Experience in quality assurance/control, or experience in related work with medical devices (pharmaceutical affairs, safety management, etc.)
・English communication: business-level conversation, reading and writing (telephone conferences with the head office are conducted in English)

<Desirable>
・Experience in quality assurance and control of medical devices, etc.
・Knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 13485 is a plus)
・ISO 9001 internal auditor qualification (ISO 13485 internal auditor qualification is a plus)"

給与要件
年収　～1000万

・就業時間：9：00～18：00（休憩時間12：00～13：00）
・日給月給制
・休日：土曜、日曜、祝日、年末年始
・時間外労働：あり
・試用期間：6か月（試用期間中も給与などの条件は変わりません）
・有給休暇：1－11日入社月に応じ支給する　勤続1年　12日、2年　13日

Salary Requirements
　-10 million per year

Working hours: 9:00-18:00 (break time 12:00-13:00)
Daily/monthly salary system
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays
Overtime: Yes
Trial period: 6 months (salary and other conditions remain the same during the trial period)
Paid vacation: 1-11 days depending on month of hire. 1 year of service: 12 days, 2 years of service: 13 days
