Scope of Role
Reporting to the HR Operation Manager, APAC, the HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for deliver HR Operations services which are related to but not limit to on boarding, employee life cycle HR data management. Support employee queries. Provide suggestions for process design and enhance upon necessary.
Responsibilities for Employment
- Develop a firm understanding of Dentsply Sirona businesses to include the company structure and culture
- Manage the quality and accuracy in all key operational deliveries, e.g. staff movement records, employee filing, etc.
- Ensure accurate and complete data management throughout the employment life cycle (on-boarding, transfers, absence, exit etc). To maintain HRIS system (connection) for whole work life cycle activities, ensure correctness and timely input and perform required audit steps.
- Work with Field HR, and the Recruiting Team to coordinate new hire process a Maintain requests using HRIS tracking system. Collects, maintains, and organizes data specific to the new hire process. Analyzes data and identify trends related to the recruiting and new hire processes.
- Works accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced help desk style environment
- Ensures the HR Portal Service que is maintained and up to date (telephone, e-mail, HRIS system)
- Coordinate the pre-employment paperwork and onboarding process
- Coordinate new employee benefit enrollment
- Communicates effectively with various outside vendors to ensure all processes are executed efficiently
- Creates and updates articles and presentations regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures
- Analyzes data and trends and utilizes findings to create graphical representation and reports
- Must successfully navigate the organization to resolve customer requests and refer customers to the appropriate internal or external resources
- Will be required to quickly read frequent updates and learning materials, often while on the call, and must be able to implement immediately into calls with accuracy
- Maintains high level of confidentiality
- Collaborates with other HR team members to recommend process enhancements
- Processes required documents consistent with department SOPs
