Commercial Excellence Assistant
• Data collection, processing, and updating
• Using core systems to create and update various data such as sales progress management.
• Creating performance evaluation and incentive calculation data
• Verifying the contents of online contracts, sending reminders, and managing contracts
• Showroom management
• Opening the showroom attached to the office, turning medical equipment on/off, cleaning (morning), replenishing drinks, etc.
•Sorting packages, shipping catalogs, and responding to requests from sales staff.
•System management: Managing Yamato On-Demand Service and equipment reservation apps.
コマーシャルエクセレンス アシスタント
・データの取得・加工・更新作業
基幹システムを使用し売上進捗管理などの各種データ作成・更新。
業績評価・インセンティブ集計データ作成
・オンライン契約書の内容の確認、リマインド、契約書管理
・ショールームの管理
オフィスに併設されているショールームの開錠、医療機器の電源on/off、掃除(朝)、ドリンクの補充など
・その他 荷物の仕分け、カタログの発送、営業社員からのリクエスト対応
・システム管理 ヤマトオンデマンドサービス・機器予約アプリなどの管理
