This job involves giving lectures on how to use our dental CT equipment based on customer needs.
顧客ニーズに基づいて弊社の歯科用CT装置の使い方をレクチャーする仕事です。
具体的には、
・CT納品後の操作説明とフォロー（初期トレーニング、撮影立会い、納入後フォローアップトレーニング）
・顧客(歯科医師)のニーズに基づいた使用法及び技術的観点からの説明及び営業職のサポート
・CT製品について、顧客ニーズに合わせた資料や簡易的なマニュアルの作成と提供
・営業職向けの社内トレーニングの実施
・展示会対応やCTセミナー等での商品説明やデモンストレーションの実施
【主な顧客】
・ユーザー（歯科医師、衛生士、技工士）
・見込み客（歯科医師）
This position is to lecture on how to use our dental CT equipment based on customer needs.
Specifically,
Explanation and follow-up after delivery of the CT (initial training, witnessing imaging, and follow-up training after delivery).
Explanation and support of sales staff on usage and technical aspects based on customers' (dentists') needs
Prepare and provide materials and simple manuals on CT products to meet the needs of customers.
Provide in-house training for sales staff.
Product explanations and demonstrations at trade shows and CT seminars.
