内外とのコミュニケーション、および販促ツール・プロモーションの企画と実行
・社外とのコミュニケーション（webサイトコンテンツ管理、広報PR活動）
・MAツールを活用したマーケティング戦略の立案
・デジタルコンテンツ配信　(Web、SNS等 / B to B) / 配信用クリエイティブ制作
・販促物の企画制作（カタログ、ポスター、リーフレット等）
・全社的なブランディング、メッセージングの整合性を保つためにグローバル本社とのコミュニケーションを図り、必要に応じてその支援を得て販促ツールやメッセージをローカライズする
・製品販促イベントの企画と運営 (オンライン・実地の双方)
・マーケティング製品担当、・営業部との協業によるブランディング活動／販促活動の立案と遂行

 

 

・5年以上のマーケティング経験(医療機器業界での経験・営業経験があれば尚可)
・マーケティング戦略・企画を、立案→実行→検証する能力
・Microsoft office(ppt, excel, word)を使用したプレゼンテーション能力とそれに基づく合意形成能力
・Adobe CCを使用したクリエイティブ制作経験
・MAツール(SATORI、Pardot等)使用経験
・社内外の関係者と協力関係を築き、効果的に職務を遂行するための対人折衝力
・主体的に業務に取り組みつつ、優先順位付けを行いながら、複数の業務を同時に遂行する能力
・新たらしい環境、職務にも取り組むことができる柔軟性
・英語にアレルギーが無い方  ※本社とのコミュニケーションは有り
