Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. 负责所辖区域内的销售工作,为客户提供高品质的产品和一致的服务。

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责: |

在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务。
以授课、培训及操作班等形式为客户提供专业的咨询,推广公司产品, 争取客户订单,参与客户招标,负责区域内客户拓展。
收集整理现有和潜在客户资料,发现和抓住市场机会,完成经营目标,维系客户关系。
负责终端客户的反馈跟进, 协助市场活动的举办。
负责协助代理商开发新的客户,防止代理商串货。
负责处理不良品的退换和投诉, 跟踪客户订单和交货安排及追收货款工作。
根据客户需求和市场变化,对公司的产品和服务提出改进建议。
完成主管/经理交办的其它事项,经常出差。

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求: |

Education 教育背景
全日制大专或以上学历,具有牙科、口腔相关专业背景优先考虑。
Experience 工作经验
三年以上外资公司医疗产品销售经验,有牙科产品的销售经验者优先。
Specific Knowledge /skills 具体专业技能
精通办公软件,例如Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等等。
能够承受压力,适应经常出差。
