What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Senior Director, PMO & Transformation Office to lead enterprise execution in support of the company’s return-to-health agenda. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer, this role is accountable for establishing the operating cadence, governance, and execution discipline required to translate transformation priorities into measurable outcomes. The Senior Director will serve as a key execution partner to the Transformation Officer and executive leadership, enabling consistent, transparent delivery across cross-functional initiatives while leading a centralized PMO team.
What Will You Do
- Lead and operate the enterprise PMO / Transformation Office, providing execution support for transformation initiatives sponsored by the Chief Transformation Officer and executive leadership.
- Translate transformation priorities into integrated execution plans, roadmaps, milestones, and operating cadences.
- Partner closely with the Transformation Officer and functional leaders to support portfolio planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
- Establish and maintain disciplined program governance, standardized reporting, and executive operating rhythms.
- Drive consistent execution practices, including risk management, dependency management, issue resolution, and escalation.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing centralized PMO team with clear standards for delivery excellence and accountability.
- Standardize and continuously improve project and program management methodologies, tools, and performance metrics.
- Provide clear, fact-based updates to executive stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies and execution readiness
- Ensure execution plans align with change management and communication efforts led by functional partners.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise PMO leadership, transformation execution, or large-scale program delivery.
- Experience supporting executive-led transformation initiatives in complex, global organizations; medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage execution across multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong people leadership experience building and leading centralized PMO teams.
- High level of execution discipline, structure, and attention to detail in complex environments.
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting and escalation.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required (estimated 25%).
