We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst, NAM RCO, to provide operational financial support for the North America Commercial Business Unit (NA RCO) to drive achievement of its business objectives. The role focuses on financial analysis and reporting to enable business partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders of Dentsply Sirona’s Connected Technology Systems (CTS) strategic business unit, driving value for the customer and revenue/profitability for DS.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Initiates financial analysis and business analytics to drive critical decision-making
  • Leads financial reporting (Actual, Budget, Forecast) for applicable SBU results
  • Partners with over a dozen Sales and Marketing leaders to create high ROI plans and allocate resources to the highest & best use
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive value-creating initiatives
  • Proactively tracks business trends and develops insightful reports and tools to drive visibility and inform business decisions
  • Optimizes utilization of existing financial systems and tools while also pushing the frontier on compliant usage of automation and AI
  • Assists in creating Executive-level presentations for the Leadership team (Monthly Financial Review, Quarterly Business Review, Budget Review Deck, and any ad hoc reports) with key metrics and variance analysis
  • Responsible for smooth close and post-close analytics and reconciliations

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • MBA or other Advanced Degree preferred

 

Certifications/Licensing:

  • CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus, but not required

 

Years and Type of Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a previous finance function preferred but not required
