The Field Marketing Specialist supports the US Sales organization by delivering customized assets, printed materials, pricing resources, and Showpad-based enablement tools. The role supports the Product and Event Management teams in ensuring field readiness. The Field Marketing Specialist, US ensures Showpad hygiene, navigation, reporting, and platform utilization across the full NAM commercial organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide asset customization and marketing program support to field teams.
  • Manage Showpad platform structure, analytics, and adoption.
  • Coordinate with product and event teams to ensure field readiness.
  • Support printed asset creation, price books, and communication management.
  • Collaborate on small events and field marketing initiatives.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives as needed to deliver against commercial execution goals.

Skills & Tools

  • Platform administration experience (Showpad or similar).
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing/communications role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization or regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology)
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex go-to-market execution plans across multiple channels and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage to a budget management and work with external vendor partners
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as required
