The Dealer Marketing Manager for Equipment is responsible for driving dealer led demand generation, enablement, and execution for the Dentsply Sirona commercial dental equipment and supporting technologies portfolio. This role translates enterprise strategy, promotions, and launch plans into dealer ready marketing programs that accelerate pipeline, improve conversion, and increase dealer engagement and consistency.
The role serves as the primary marketing partner to Dealer Sales and the Product Marketing teams, ensuring dealers are equipped to effectively market and sell complex dental equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the construction and execution of co-op, demo, trade-in, evaluation, and equipment-specific marketing programs.
- Ensure high-quality dealer enablement, training, and program readiness for capital equipment launches.
- Track dealer spend, program ROI, and partner engagement metrics.
- Support 3rd-party programs with KPI tracking and asset customization.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure equipment programs are aligned to market opportunities.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives as needed to deliver against commercial execution goals.

- Ability to manage budget and drive marketing spend efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization or regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex indirect go-to-market execution plans and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
- Ability to travel 10-20% as required.
