E-Commerce & Platform Operations Analyst
The eCommerce & Platform Operations Analyst is responsible for the daily operational execution of our production related issues/challenges within our Global Digital Commerce & Platform portfolio. This role will also be responsible for scrutinizing customer feedback for enhancement areas. This role will work closely with our dedicated internal and external teams (DEV, QA, IT, PRICING, CS, ERPs). This analyst requires outstanding communication skills, with the ability to have technical and business conversations with peers and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The person in this role will have the ability for creative problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of eCommerce & platform operations to ensure the smooth running of our global platforms.
- Responsible for monitoring, reporting and understanding measurements of KPI’s and work on initiatives to improve KPI’s.
- Analysis of customer feedback via Survey Monkey
- Translates customer feedback/needs into Bugs, feature enhancements, create cases for new feature enhancements.
- Business representative in Engineering SWAT sessions for critical site operational incidents
- Partner with Technology to ensure root cause is determined for site operational issues (with emphasis on highest severity issue types)
- Prioritize bugs fixes based on revenue impact and/or analytics data.
- Partners with internal/external stakeholders in CS, IT, Product data, Content teams, pricing, UX, Product, etc. to mitigate issues in a timely manner and make customer-focused decisions
- Represent eCommerce operations in daily stand-ups
- Assist manager in the coordination of testing efforts for maintenance releases, which include bug fixes and small enhancements. Will require periodic weekend/evening work availability.
- Collaborate with Customer Service partners to resolve customer service issues.
Requirements
• Operational knowledge
• Ticketing tools experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English (C1)
• Building relationships skills
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of organization
• Experience from SSC environment is an advantage
• Motivated self-starter and fast learner
