Student Support at Accounts receivables team with German language

 

Dentsply Sirona in Bratislava is a young shared services center based in a beautiful building Einpark, just minutes away from the Danube and the city center. Every day, we empower millions of customers by proudly creating innovative solutions for healthy smiles.
We are currently looking for a university student, who will join our growing finance team and will be responsible for supporting EMEA Collections team by

  • email communications regarding invoices of our customers
  • communications with other departments like cash applications team
  • investigation and pairing payments and invoices with our customers' accounts
  • other administrative tasks using German and English language daily

Requirements: 

  • Ability to use German and English language on a daily basis
  • University student who is no older than 25 years in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies, preferably focused on Accounting or a student of Economics Studies
  • Previous accounting background (high school) or similar experience in SSC is more than appreciated
  • Communicative person
  • English language - B2 as minimum and German language as B2 minimum
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office user
  • We are looking for a student who will support us long term that is available to work at least 3 days per week
  • We would like to see you in our modern and healthy office as well;) is there are tasks that you need to process in the office
