Global ITC Business Process Manager

 

Responsiblities:

  • Develops the vision and strategy for each of the respective end-to-end I2C processes. This should consider all aspects of the operating modelincluding performance targets, process, people, service delivery model, data, and technology
  • Defines, communicates, and updates Global Policies and Procedures to establish a consistent approach across all business units and pillars
  • Business owner of the global I2C technology platform(s) and responsible for ensuring that the software adheres to the compliance standards setby the IT Compliance Department, the Data Privacy Officers of the Company
  • Liaises with the appropriate HR personnel for the Works Council and Labor Unions compliance
  • · Plans and executes the global projects and/or the global deployment of new functionality, future upgrades, or patch releases for process
  • enabling technologies
  • Provides specialized advice globally to the respective business units and pillars when evaluating technology solutions to optimize or streamline business functions and/or resolve process problems
  • Advises and directs the regional business process owners on the processes to ensure the operational teams’ strategy aligns with the globalfunctional strategy
  • Ensures a common global process design that is strictly governed by a set of clearly defined controls
  • Develops a culture of continuous improvement, adherence, and proactively proposes enhancement to Global Standards
  • Defines and monitors Metrics and KPI’s to identify and address/improve performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Leads overall training strategy, needs assessment, and development of training curriculum and materials for the I2C processes and technologyplatform(s)
  • Collaborates regularly with regional process owners and the Finance Project Management Office to support the I2C GPO initiatives
  • Advises functional management and the Master Data Management Team on the development of standards and business rules for data stewardship
  • Acts as the highest level of escalation point for process issue resolution
  • Establishes and maintains global documentation and process compliance; accountable for ensuring appropriate internal controls (e.g., SOX) are considered and established as part of the process creation and review process
  • Establishes, monitors, and controls systemic, complex, advanced and/or multi-regional functional process issues resolution and escalation actions
  • Provides specific deep subject matter expertise to all relevant business units in conducting complex and advanced functional application process support

Requirements:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree) or relevant work experience
  • Accredited Lean Six Sigma belt (preferred)
  • English - Advanced (C1), any other language is an advantage
  • Min 15-20 years related experience in Shared Services Center or Business Process Outsourcing environment, and/or operational experience in I2C activities with a focus on process creation and review particularly in Finance & Invoice to Cash Activities specifically 
  • Leadership and change management experience 
  • Transition or migration experience specifically in the I2C process 
  • Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel) ·
  • Knowledge of Transition methodology ·
  • Experience with I2C process automation implementations ·
  • Knowledge of RPA and AI (preferred) · ERP knowledge of SAP, Movex and AX (preferred) 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and influence stakeholders, in addition to being a People Manager.
  • Excellent Communicator and Negotiator
  • Ability to influence stakeholders on all levels of organization, gain
  • their commitment and buy in for different improvement projects
  • Leading improvement projects and initiatives within the I2C area
  • Continually seeks and embraces process improvements
