Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist  with German Language

Responsibilities:

  • Timely collections and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable for assigned portfolio
  • Credit investigations with an emphasis on Financial Statement Analysis
  • Analysis and monitoring list of open balances, delayed payments, and other divergences.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to resolve all related business matters
  • Act and recommend Legal Actions when appropriate

 

 

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills in English (B2) and German (C1)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities1+ years of experience in administration, experience in a SSC environment is an advantage
